Translating the Koran into English

This work is a synthesis of multiple English translations as well as some very limited Arabic knowledge.  All the previous translations I have found have been nearly unreadable, so I decided it would interesting to make a version of my own.  (Note: I am not Muslim, but want to understand this book that over a billion people find central to their lives; I approach this from the angle of poetry.)
